Happy Taco Tuesday! Today’s dinner recipe is Taco Stuffed Avocados.
So… you make your meat and add the taco seasoning… while that’s happening … hollow out a couple avocado halves, leave some avocado in there and when the meats done you scoop in the meat, with some back beans and cheese…
Broil for 2-3 minutes and then when they come out top them with more cheese, sour cream, cilantro, tomatoes… and some of that scooped out avocado!
Save on carbs and less dishes because you’re using the avocado skin as a bowl.
